Who am I?

My name is Kun Wu (AKA Quin). I am a licensed architect based in New York City. Since graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in2013, I have been working as an architectural designer. I am very obsessed with computer simulated virtual world.

I started my own practice Quin Wu Architectural Studio in 2019 focusing on interior design services. My work has been published on New York Times and other media. If you look for art collaboration, email me at kun.wu.arch@gmail.com.

What are the images about?

All images posted here are my personal work. They are computer generated renderings. The architectural themes range from house designs to environment scenes to social critiques.

During the peak of Covid-19 on 2020, I gave it a try to learn some programs that are commonly used in the game industry. I am a believer that tools are extension of the mind. Gradually polishing skills in modeling, texturing, compositing, rendering etc., I am able to materialize some of my thoughts into actual images. It has been a very fun journey.

How did I make them?

All modeling work are done in Blender. Textures are done in Substance Painter when need to add wear and tear. Figures are done in Daz Studio with some clothes are done in Marvelous Designer.
